Ahlan Website and Ahlan Mobile Application Terms of Use
Please review these Terms of Use carefully before using the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan Mobile Application.
These terms of use (Terms of Use) govern your use of the Ahlan Website at https://www.asiancup2027.sa (Ahlan Website) and/or the Ahlan Mobile Application (Ahlan App).
The Ahlan Website and Ahlan App are owned and operated by AFC ASIAN CUP 2027 Local Organizing Committee Company, a company established under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under commercial registration number 1010866736 and having its registered address at Al Mathar Al Shamali Dist. Musa Bin Nusair St., Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
By accessing, using, viewing, transmitting, caching or storing the Ahlan Website and any of its services, functions, materials, or content, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use the Ahlan Website.
By downloading, installing or using the Ahlan App, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them from the moment of first use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not download the Ahlan App and you must delete the Ahlan App if you have already downloaded it.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
For the purposes of these Terms of Use, "LOC", "we", "our" or "us" refer to AFC ASIAN CUP 2027 Local Organizing Committee Company, and "you" or "your" refers to the individual accessing the Ahlan Website and/or using the Ahlan App.
2. Acceptance of these Terms of Use
2.1 These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between us and you. By using the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App, you confirm that you are of legal age and/or have all necessary authority, permission and mental capacity, under the laws which apply to you, to accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with them. By accessing or using the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App, you acknowledge that these Terms of Use are legally binding and enforceable. If you do not accept and agree to comply with these Terms of Use, then you must not use the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App. If you continue to use the Ahlan Website and/or click ‘accept’ to use or otherwise continue to use the Ahlan App, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use.
2.2 You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App through your network or account are aware of these Terms of Use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them. You will be held liable for any misuse or breach of these Terms of Use by such persons.
3. Other terms that may apply to you
3.1 These Terms of Use refer to the following additional terms, which are incorporated into the Terms of Use and also apply to your use of the Ahlan Website and Ahlan App:

b. Our Cookie Policy https://www.asiancup2027.sa/cookie-policy, which sets out information about the cookies including details on the types of cookies we use, what information they collect and how you can manage your cookie preferences.
3.2 These documents, together with any other terms, policies, or notices referenced on the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App or otherwise made available to you, form part of these Terms of Use and apply to your use of the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App.
4. Downloading and using the Ahlan App
4.1 The Ahlan App may be available for download from third party application markets/stores. The ways in which you can use the Ahlan App may also be controlled by the terms and policies of the operator of the relevant application market/store. You must also comply with those terms and policies.
4.2 In return for complying with these Terms of Use you may:
a. download a copy of the Ahlan App onto your personal devices and view, use and display the Ahlan App on such devices for your personal purposes only; and
b. receive and use any free supplementary software code or update of the Ahlan App incorporating patches and corrections of errors as we may make publicly available.
4.3 You acknowledge that the Ahlan App is our proprietary property and includes our software or software licensed to us by others, and you are granted only a limited licence to use the Ahlan App in accordance with these Terms of Use. The licence we grant you is worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, personal, and non-transferable and non-assignable.
4.4 We provide the right to use the Ahlan App under licence as set out above to you personally, and you may not otherwise transfer the Ahlan App to someone else, whether for money, for anything else or for free. If you sell or dispose of any device on which the Ahlan App is installed, you must remove the Ahlan App from it.
4.5 You must not:
a. rent, lease, sub-license, loan, provide, or otherwise make available, the Ahlan App or any part of it to any person; or
b. make copies of the Ahlan App, or translate, merge, adapt, vary, alter or modify, the whole or any part of the Ahlan App, nor permit the Ahlan App or any part of it to be combined with, or become incorporated in, any other programs, except as necessary to use the Ahlan App on your device(s) as permitted in these Terms of Use.
4.6 You should ensure that you keep a separate copy of any important information or content you have uploaded or stored on the Ahlan App.
4.7 The Ahlan App may include, from time to time, certain notification, pop-up or messaging functions which may be used for purposes such as alerting you of products or offers, service updates or transactional communications. To the extent that your personal data is used for such purposes, it shall be processed in accordance with our https://www.asiancup2027.sa/privacy-policy. If we need your consent for such use of your information, we shall seek it in accordance with prevailing applicable law and the https://www.asiancup2027.sa/privacy-policy.
4.8 The Ahlan App may contain user settings, allowing you to manage how your information is used and what features or functionality are delivered to you on the Ahlan App. We strongly recommend that you familiarise yourself with these settings and configure them according to your preferences.
5. User accounts
5.1 If the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App allow you to create an account, then this section applies. Some account features may be subject to additional terms and conditions which will be notified to you as applicable. You must comply with such terms and conditions.
5.2 If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or other information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
5.3 We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.
5.4 If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, or is trying to access your account, you must promptly notify us.
5.5 You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App, including via any other person’s account, the server on which the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App or any other equipment or network connected with the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App. You must not interfere with, damage or disrupt any software used in the provision of the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App or any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party on which the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App relies in any way.
6. Use of material on the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App
6.1 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Ahlan Website, Ahlan App, the underlying software code and the material published on it (including all information, data and databases). This content is protected by copyright and other laws. All such rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms of Use should be construed as transferring ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
6.2 You may access the contents of the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App for your own private use or internal use within your employer's organisation only, but not for any commercial or public use. Except where your use is permitted above or by copyright law, you may not otherwise copy, store in any medium (including any other website), distribute, transmit, re-transmit, broadcast, modify or show in public any part of the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App without our prior written permission.
6.3 Our names and logos and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of us or our licensors. No trademark or service mark licence is granted in connection with the materials contained on the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App. Access to the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App does not authorise anyone to use any of our names, logos or marks in any manner whatsoever.
6.4 If you use any part of the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App or its content in breach of these Terms of Use, your right to use the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App will cease immediately.
7. Availability, reliance and accuracy
7.1 The Ahlan Website and Ahlan App are made available free of charge for your personal use and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App, or any content on them, will always be available, error-free or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App at any time without notice.
7.2 Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on the Ahlan Website and Ahlan App, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on the Ahlan Website and Ahlan App is accurate, complete or up to date.
8. Third party links and service providers
8.1 Where the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked sites or information you may obtain from them. We have no control over the content of those sites or resources and their terms of use will differ from ours. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third party websites or services that may be linked to or accessed through the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App. Access to such third party content is at your own risk.
8.2 Where third party products or services are offered or sold through the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App (including but not limited to match-day transportation, fan accommodation, ticketing services, or other supporter-related experiences), such offerings are provided solely by the third party and not by LOC. We are not responsible or liable in any way for the quality, accuracy, delivery, or any aspect of such products or services, and any transactions are subject to the third party’s terms and conditions. Any dealings with third party providers are solely between you and the relevant third party, and we disclaim all responsibility for any loss, damage, or failure arising from such interactions.
8.3 These Terms of Use do not cover your use of third party websites and we encourage you to review their terms of use and associated policies.
8.4 You are responsible for ensuring that your device(s) meets the minimum system requirements necessary for running the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App.
9. Linking to the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App
9.1 Linking to the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice, which may be withdrawn at any time and is subject to your agreement to our linking conditions. If you wish to link to the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App, you may contact us but we are under no obligation to grant any requests.
10. Prohibited use
10.1 You agree to use the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App services to make only legitimate bookings, purchases or inquiries. Any use of the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App must be in good faith and for genuine participation in AFC Asian Cup 2027 related activities.
10.2 You must not engage in any actions that we consider inappropriate, illegal or in violation of these Terms of Use, or that are prohibited by any laws applicable to the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App, including but not limited to:
a. using any part of the materials or content on the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App for commercial purposes;
b. data mining, scraping, crawling or accessing the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App by using any scripts or automated service of any kind (including bots or spiders) or attempting to access the Ahlan Website by impersonating any other person;
c. using the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App to extract any data for commercial purposes, including to compile (or contribute to) any database of information or collection of listings or other data;
d. using the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App, or any data published by, or contained in, or accessible via, the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App or any services provided via, or in relation to, the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App for the purposes of developing, training, fine-tuning or validating any AI system or model;
e. any act that would constitute a breach of individual privacy rights or a breach of any other legal rights of individuals;
f. using the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App in any manner that infringes any intellectual property rights of any person;
g. using the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App to defame or libel us, our employees or other persons;
h. use the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App for any other unlawful purpose;
i. knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
j. gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App, the server on which the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App is hosted or any server, computer or database connected to the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App;
k. attacking or attempting to attack the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App via a denial-of-service (DOS) attack or a distributed denial-of-service (DDOS) attack;
l. attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App; and
m. posting or transmitting to the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App any unauthorised material including, but not limited to, material that is, in our opinion, likely to cause annoyance or offence, or which is defamatory, racist, obscene, threatening or otherwise contrary to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or which is detrimental to or in violation of our systems or a third party's systems or network security.
11. Your content and other user’s content
11.1 If the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App contains functionality allowing you to upload content then this section applies (in addition to all other provisions of these Terms of Use, including “Prohibited Use” above).
11.2 Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to create content directly on the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App, upload or share content to the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App, or to make contact with other users of the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App, you must comply with these Terms of Use, as well as any other standards or terms displayed in relation to such feature.
11.3 Such features are voluntary, and you do not have to use them.
11.4 You warrant that any such contribution you make shall comply with these Terms of Use and all such other standards or terms and you acknowledge that you are liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.
11.5 We will consider any content you upload to the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App to be non-confidential and not protected by any trademark or patent and to be entered into in the public domain for all purposes.
11.6 You may, however, own intellectual property rights in the content you create. By entering into these Terms of Use and whenever you provide content, you grant us a licence to use such content that is protected by intellectual property rights. The licence you grant does not affect your privacy rights or your rights as a consumer in any way.
11.7 The licence you grant us is a limited licence to use, store and copy your content and to distribute and make it available to others. The license is worldwide, which means we can use the content anywhere; non-exclusive, which means you are not prevented from licensing the content to other people; and royalty-free, which means we do not need to pay you for the licence and the licence lasts for as long as your intellectual property rights in the content exist. We are also entitled to grant sub-licences to our subcontractors who provide relevant services to us which involve the use of your content (again, subject to your privacy rights).
11.8 The purposes for which we can use your content in accordance with the licence include operating and improving our services (including the Ahlan Website and/or the Ahlan App), developing new services, displaying the content where you have chosen to make it available to others, analysing the content to protect against security risks subject to your privacy rights and your user preferences, and for customisation of our services.
11.9 We have the right to disclose your identity to any person with the lawful ability to request such data in relation to any claim that any content posted or uploaded by you to the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights or is defamatory or unlawful in some respect, including government and law enforcement authorities, in each case in accordance with applicable laws.
11.10 We have the right to remove any posting you make on the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the Terms of Use or other applicable standards.
11.11 The Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App may include information and materials uploaded by other users. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on our site do not represent our views or values.
12. Payments
12.1 The Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App may allow you to make payments for bookings, products and in relation to other transactions from time to time.
12.2 The terms on which such bookings and products are made available, or such transactions are conducted, are separate to these Terms of Use.
12.3 We may offer a variety of payment options, but we do not undertake or guarantee availability or acceptance of any particular payment method at any time.
12.4 The processing of payments and certain associated activities is subject to regulation by financial services regulators. We may integrate or link to third party payment service providers on the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App. You acknowledge that these providers operate independently to us, and are not controlled by us, and that you will be required to accept their terms and conditions of use and to provide your payment information to such third parties. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of such third party services.
12.5 You confirm that any payment method used by you belongs to you or that you have the appropriate permission to use it. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and up to date.
12.6 Please be aware that your bank or card provider may apply additional charges, including foreign transaction fees or currency conversion costs, which are beyond our control.
12.7 All prices displayed on the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App are indicative, subject to availability, and may change without notice prior to the acceptance of your booking. Any changes to bookings, cancellations, or refunds are subject to separate policies and applicable rules.
12.8 Continued use of any payment services indicates your agreement to the most current version of these Terms of Use.
13. Our liability to you
13.1 Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing, and to the extent permitted by law, we will have no liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App, or any services (other than services subject to separate terms of sale) or content provided through them, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
13.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App or any content or services provided through them. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
13.3 We are not responsible for any event outside our control which affects the Ahlan Website and/or the Ahlan App or the provision of services, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical failures or force majeure events.
13.4 We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
a. the use of, or inability to use, the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App;
b. the use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App; or
c. any disruption or failure in booking, payment, or service delivery caused by third party systems.
In particular, we will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
13.5 We do not guarantee that the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App or any content on them, will be always available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors, bugs or viruses. We are not liable to you or any other person if interference with or damage to your computer systems occurs in connection with your use of the Ahlan Website, the Ahlan App or any linked website. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, security measures, computer programmes and platform to access our services, and for using appropriate virus protection software when accessing the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App.
By using this Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, our affiliates, licensors, subcontractors, any third party offering products or services through the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including legal fees) and damages that may arise out of or in connection with:
a. your use or misuse of this Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App;
b. your breach of these Terms of Use; or
c. your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
15. Termination
15.1 You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App and any related systems, information, services, and content at any time, for any reason, or for no reason, even if others continue to have access. We may do so if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Use, misused the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App, or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
15.2 If your access is suspended or terminated, you must immediately:
a. stop using the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App;
b. delete any copies of the content you have made; and
c. delete the Ahlan App from all devices in your possession.
15.3 We may disable access to any user accounts you have created, subject to applicable law. You are prohibited from creating a new account or accessing the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App through other means if your access has been suspended or terminated.
15.4 Continuing to access the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App or any related systems after suspension or termination will be considered unauthorised use. You also agree that we will not be held liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of your access.
16. Notification of changes
We may amend these Terms of Use from time to time. We will upload updated Terms of Use on the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App. Each time you wish to use the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App, please check these Terms of Use to ensure that you understand the terms that apply at that time. By using this Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App, you are deemed to have agreed to the latest version of the Terms of Use.
17.1 From time to time, we may automatically update the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App to improve performance, enhance functionality, reflect changes to the operating system or address security issues. We may also remove or change any functions or features from time to time.
17.2 We may make an updated version of the Ahlan App available for download.
17.3 You are encouraged to ensure you download the latest version of the Ahlan App. The Ahlan App may have been updated to address security vulnerabilities or other identified risks, and you recognise that using an older version of the Ahlan App may expose you to such risks to which you may not be exposed if you used the latest version.
17.4 If you choose not to install Ahlan App updates or if you opt out of automatic updates, you may not be able to continue using the Ahlan App.
18.1 These Terms of Use, together with any policies, notices, or documents expressly referred to or incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to your use of the Ahlan Website and/or Ahlan App, and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
18.2 These Terms of Use are published in English, Arabic, Japanese and Chinese for convenience. The Arabic language shall be the binding and controlling language for all matters relating to the meaning or interpretation of these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use shall be subject to, construed and implemented according to the laws, regulations, instructions, decrees and any other instruments having force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute or controversy between you and us arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use which cannot be settled amicably, the matter in dispute shall be referred for final settlement to the competent Saudi court in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against you in any jurisdiction it deems appropriate. You agree that such jurisdiction shall be valid and binding, provided it complies with applicable legal requirements.
20. Waiver
Any failure by us to assert any rights we may have under these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of our right to assert the same and shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent right or remedy. No waiver of any provisions of these Terms of Use shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by us granting such waiver.
21. Invalidity
21.1 If any provision of this Terms of Use (or part of any provision) is found by any court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed not to form part of this Terms of Use, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of this Terms of Use shall not be affected.
21.2 If a provision of this Terms of Use (or part of any provision) is found illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the provision shall apply with the minimum modification necessary to make it legal, valid and enforceable.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to any other entity, including in connection with merger, acquisition, or corporate restructuring. Such a transfer will not impact your rights. You may not assign or transfer your rights of obligations under these Terms of Use without our prior written consent.
